We Are the Lab Where Ideas Earn the Right to Exist.
We don’t believe in blank pages.
Every founder we’ve met has the same story. An idea. A notebook full of half-formed plans. A gut feeling they can’t quite prove — and no way to test it without spending money they don’t have, on a team they haven’t hired yet, for a market they haven’t actually seen up close.
So they guess. They build first and validate later, which is backwards, and expensive, and slow. By the time they find out the idea needed adjusting, the runway that adjustment needed is already gone.
We think that’s insane. So we built IdeeLab.
We work with founders and brands in pharma, health, and beauty — ventures where getting it wrong isn’t just expensive, it can be dangerous, and where the regulatory maze is real, not theoretical. These aren’t markets where you can move fast and figure out compliance later. We built IdeeLab for exactly this kind of stakes.
We work in both directions. An indie brand in São Paulo taking its first step into Spain needs the same rigor as a European brand taking its first step into Mexico — the regulatory pathway just points a different way. We don’t think of “emerging markets” and “Europe” as a one-way street. We think of it as a bridge, and we’ve built IdeeLab to validate the crossing either way.
-
We validate before we build. Always.
A failed MVP costs months and real money. A Validation Sprint costs a fraction of that, in five days. The math is not complicated. A cosmetics brand that launches without regulatory clearance risks losing months and real inventory. A health or pharma product that skips patient-safety review risks something more serious than money. We prevent that — for the cost of a decision, not the cost of a mistake.
-
We are not a platform. Not yet.
Right now, we are an AI-augmented strategy partner who sells validated roadmaps. The platform — Lumo Ops, and eventually a dedicated Flex Team — is what you buy after we prove we understand your business. We build each in its own time, once the work before it has earned that trust.
-
We speak your language, your currency, and your regulator.
Portuguese, Spanish, English. PIX, OXXO, Bizum. LGPD, GDPR, ANVISA, COFEPRIS, EU AI Act. We do not import Silicon Valley playbooks and translate them. We build from local context up. A São Paulo beauty founder needs different validation than a Bangalore SaaS founder. A medical device navigating patient safety needs a different lens than an indie skincare line navigating formulation compliance. We know the difference, and we don’t treat any of them as an afterthought.
-
We automate operations, not judgment.
AI handles research, drafting, simulation, and follow-up. Humans handle ethics, relationships, cultural nuance, and the final call. We augment founders; we do not replace them — especially not on the calls that matter most.
-
We measure success by revenue, not runway.
We do not celebrate funding rounds. We celebrate when your validated idea generates its first revenue in local currency, sustainably. We celebrate when a cosmetics brand clears its regulatory pathway faster than it expected to. We celebrate when a health venture launches with its patient-safety case already made, not scrambled together after the fact.
-
“No code” is a feature, not a limitation.
If a solution can live in Notion, WhatsApp, and Make.com, it ships in days, not quarters. We write software only when the pain is proven and the revenue justifies it. Everything starts manual, becomes product, once demand earns it — never the other way around.
-
Compliance is not a cost center. It is a competitive advantage.
Our Regulatory Readiness work does not give you a generic policy template. It gives you a real pathway, a real checklist, and a real classification — tailored to your product, your market, and, where the stakes call for it, the patients or consumers on the other end of it.
-
We serve the missing middle.
Too small for McKinsey, too complex for no-code SaaS. We serve the indie beauty brand with real capital and a real plan to expand into Europe. The European health venture that needs to get patient safety right the first time it enters Brazil. The pharma-adjacent founder who knows the regulatory maze is real because they’ve lived inside it, on either side of the Atlantic. The entrant — from either direction — brave enough to look beyond the obvious markets, and rigorous enough to validate before they land.
-
We are partners, not priests.
We do not sell transformation as religion. We sell de-risked execution. If our validation says “don’t do this,” we celebrate the money — or worse, the harm — saved, not the deal lost. A “No-Go” is as valuable as a “Go.” In our world, sometimes more.
-
We build for what’s next.
The ideeLab isotype symbolizes movement, transformation, and forward momentum. Its continuous geometric form suggests an idea evolving through different stages — from concept to validation to operation to scale. The gradient reinforces the transition from one possibility to another. We are not static. We are a living system that learns from every sprint, every client, every market. What we learn validating a beauty brand’s expansion into Spain informs what we build for the next European health venture navigating Brazil.
Where ideas become impact.
