Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
1. Who We Are
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the IdeeLab website and Services, currently operated by Patricia Hamilton Silva dos Reis , an individual (persona física) based in Mexico, registered for consulting services activity under RFC HASP840519AI5 (“we,” “us,” “IdeeLab”).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, running the IdeeLab Scan, or purchasing a Validation Sprint, Sprint Pro, Regulatory Readiness Add-on, or Beauty Expansion Sprint, you agree to these Terms. Additional terms will apply once Lumo Ops and the Flex Team become available — see Section 3.
3. Description of Services
IdeeLab currently provides business validation services delivered in part through AI-assisted analysis (via third-party AI models, including Anthropic’s Claude): the IdeeLab Scan (free diagnostic), the Validation Sprint and Sprint Pro (5-day AI-modeled validation), the Regulatory Readiness Add-on (Standard and Health & MedTech tiers), and the Beauty Expansion Sprint (three-tier market-expansion validation for cosmetics brands).
Lumo Ops (self-serve templates and AI agents) and the Flex Team (hands-on marketing and launch execution) are planned future offerings, not currently available for sale. This section will be updated when either launches — do not rely on any other part of this site implying otherwise.
4. How We Use AI — Transparency Notice
The IdeeLab Scan, and any future Lumo Ops agents, are AI systems that interact directly with you. You are interacting with an AI system when you use the Scan — its score and recommendation are generated by AI analysis, not a human reviewing your answers in real time. Sprint and Sprint Pro deliverables involve substantial AI-generated analysis, reviewed and refined by a human operator before delivery, consistent with our manifesto’s commitment that AI handles research and drafting while a person makes the final call.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
6. AI-Generated Content — Important Disclaimer
A significant portion of our deliverables (market simulations, financial models, content drafts, and similar outputs) are generated with the assistance of third-party AI tools, reviewed and adjusted by our team. AI-generated analysis is not a guarantee of business outcomes. Market conditions change, and no simulation or model can predict results with certainty. Our Validation Sprint’s Go/Adjust/No-Go recommendation, and the Beauty Expansion Sprint’s Ready/Conditional/Not Yet Ready status, are professional assessments based on available data and modeling, not warranties of success.
We are not lawyers, accountants, or licensed financial advisors, and nothing in our deliverables (including the Regulatory Readiness Add-on and the Beauty Expansion Sprint’s Compliance Scanner pillar) constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice.
7. Payment Terms
- Prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated at checkout; local currency and installment options (via Hotmart in Brazil, Gumroad/OXXO in Mexico) may be available and are processed by those platforms under their own terms.
- Validation Sprint, Sprint Pro, and Beauty Expansion Sprint engagements require [deposit/full payment] before work begins.
- The Regulatory Readiness Add-on is billed alongside, or as a follow-on to, the Sprint it’s attached to.
8. Your Right to Cancel — Jurisdiction-Specific, Needs Legal Confirmation
This section is one of the most important to get reviewed before publishing. Because our Services often begin within days of purchase, they interact with statutory cancellation/cooling-off rights that work differently across our three markets:
- If you are in Spain/EU: you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases under EU consumer law. This right can be waived for services you’ve explicitly asked to begin immediately, but the waiver must be obtained correctly — do not assume checkout alone satisfies this; a lawyer needs to confirm the specific consent mechanism required.
- If you are in Brazil: the Código de Defesa do Consumidor grants a 7-day direito de arrependimento (right of regret) for purchases made outside a physical establishment, which includes online purchases.
- If you are in Mexico: consumer protection under the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor (LFPC), enforced by PROFECO, has its own framework for services and cancellation.
9. Intellectual Property
- Our underlying methodology, prompt libraries, and frameworks remain our intellectual property. Purchasing a Sprint, Sprint Pro, Regulatory Readiness Add-on, or Beauty Expansion Sprint grants you a license to use the specific deliverable for your own business purposes — it does not transfer ownership of our underlying systems, and you may not resell, redistribute, or repackage our methodology as your own product.
- The specific content generated for you belongs to you upon full payment, for your own business use.
- Any confidential business information you share with us to generate a deliverable remains yours; see our Privacy Policy / Aviso de Privacidad for how we handle it.
10. Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us during intake, sprints, or engagements as confidential, and will not share it with third parties except: (a) with service providers necessary to deliver the Services (see Privacy Policy / Aviso de Privacidad), (b) as required by law, or (c) with your consent (e.g. if you agree to be featured as a case study).
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services to: violate applicable law; infringe others' intellectual property; attempt to reverse-engineer our AI prompting systems for competitive replication; or resell access to our deliverables without written permission.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including business decisions made based on our deliverables. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any Service for violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
[Placeholder — to be determined with legal counsel.]
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients or posted on this page with an updated date.

Notes for legal review
What the live site actually does, so the open sections above can be written against facts rather than assumptions:
- Prices shown on the site are in EUR, matching section 7. Checkout runs through Gumroad only for launch; Hotmart stays named in section 7 but is not connected, since it was for the Brazilian market moving to 2027.
- Section 8 (right to cancel) is unresolved, so no purchase flow is enabled for EU buyers: the two ranged-price services book a call instead of charging, and the fixed-price buttons stay inert until the withdrawal-waiver mechanism you confirm with counsel is built into checkout.
- Section 14 (governing law) is still a placeholder. The Spanish version of this document carries a fuller explanation of the problem than the English one, which was cut off mid-sentence in the source file.
- The site states in the Scan and on the Services page that results are AI-generated and that no call is required, consistent with the transparency notice in section 4.
